Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for the UK
Processing your order
All orders are usually processed within 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping your order may be delayed so please allow additional days for delivery if you require your Tor & Tide order for a specific date. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free postage for all orders over £75.00 within the UK.
Order under the value of £75.00 postage within the UK will be £3.50 per item. Next day delivery is an option but would require additional payment. International customers are asked to contact us for a shipping cost before placing an order - rates start at £19.99. Delivery delays can occasionally occur with Royal Mail so we will send you notification that the order has been shipped and we will obtain proof of posting.
Free Local Collection
All orders are available to collect from either Penryn/Falmouth or at our next Market event.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tor & Tide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (if sending abroad - tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tor & Tide is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping of your order. We can provide you with a proof of posting so a claim can be processed with the postal service. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
We hope you will be very happy with your order however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, so please contact us using the contact form on the website or via Facebook.
You have 14 days, from the day after receipt of the item, to notify us of your intention to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in suitable packaging to ensure its safety during transit back to us at Tor & Tide.
Damaged Items
If you receive our parcel and your items have been damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the hoodie or t-shirt for another size please contact us using the contact form. All sizing is listed with each item.
